Delivery & Returns


We value every purchase from our customers, and our delivery is designed to ensure you receive your items as quickly and safely as possible.

We use a Standard UK delivery service Monday-Friday, please allow 5-10 working days to receive your order. The exact lead time depends on your postcode and availability of delivery slots at that time or dispatch.

Large & heavy items are delivered safely to the room of your choice (providing no access issues and safe for our delivery crew to do so). Disposal of packaging will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note we do not offer assembly of your items. Please note your item cannot be left in a safe place and someone will need to be at home to take the delivery. If you have more than 1 item which require our 2 MAN delivery option, the price of the delivery will increase by £20 for each additional item.

Please make sure you have checked the dimensions of all of the products you wish to order to ensure access is not a problem during delivery. Should you have any specific delivery instructions for the driver (e.g. leave with a neighbour or in a safe place – note not available for large and heavy items) please contact the team on


For all fragile, large & heavy items delivered by our couriers, please make sure to fully check the product and/or check that you are fully satisfied with it, before disposing of the packaging, as we will be unable to send you spare packaging and we cannot accept any large items to be returned without their original packaging.


Direct Despatch


Some of our items are sent to you directly from the manufacturer, not by our own courier. This information will appear on the “Delivery” tab on the product page if applicable.


Smaller items are delivered within 10 working days.


Larger items are delivered within 14 working days.


For larger items, the manufacturer’s delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient date for delivery.


When your item arrives please check it carefully, as once signed for we cannot replace it.


If you are not satisfied with the condition on arrival, please do not sign to accept the parcel and contact our Customer Service team immediately by email


Please note that Direct Despatch items cannot be delivered on express delivery.


This delivery service is available for UK Mainland only (excluding Northern Ireland).

We are sure you will love your Caleo Interiors purchase once it has arrived, however, if for any reason you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order as long as it is within the original, undamaged packaging.


You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty, damaged or wrongly despatched item.


Please repack your item with care using all the original packaging. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.


If an undamaged item is returned to us outside of the 14 day time frame, a credit note (valid for 1 year) will be issued, at the discretion of Caleo Interiors.


We will inspect the returned item and will notify you of your refund or replacement via email. We try to process returns as soon as possible once they have reached our Warehouse. However, returns can take up to 10 working days to be processed, please note may take longer during busy periods up to 20 working days.


We will typically refund any money owed to you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If it’s not possible we will contact you via phone or email.


We are unable to accept returns of washed and/or used textile (beddings, cushions, towels, etc...), mats, candles, or of products with non-replaceable LED bulbs after use of the bulb beyond its recommended lifespan.


Returned goods found to be used, damaged, marked or scratched will not be refunded or exchanged, and will be returned to you. This also applies if an item has not been packaged properly and has been damaged in transit back to us. We may issue a partial refund via credit note at Caleo Interiors discretion.


If you wish to cancel your whole order and return it to us, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you must let us know within 14 working days of receiving your parcel. Please call our Customer Service team via email at You will then need to return the whole order to us, at your own expense if you have already received it. Once we receive the whole order back we will issue a full refund via your original method of payment.


We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit when using Collect+, Royal Mail, or any other alternative return service which are not arranged via our Customer Service team.


Postage charges for returned products are the full responsibility of the purchaser, and are non-refundable by Caleo Interiors.


Please make sure to read all care instructions on the “Size & Info” section on a product page and any disclaimer on product variation due to their organic nature.


If an item is not cared for as per our guidelines and recommendations, and the product has been damaged because of this, we cannot be responsible and we will not be able to issue a replacement or a refund.


Please email with your order number and reason for return. 


Returned items must be in a resalable condition and you are responsible for their re-packaging and safe return. We do not cover the cost of returns. As such, the cost of returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.

How long will my return take to process?

Once your item is received in a resalable condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method, please allow 10 working days.

Damaged Items

We quality check each and every item before dispatch, and ask you also to inspect the item as soon as it is delivered to you. In the unlikely event an item is delivered damage we ask you let us know within 24 hours of receiving it. Please provide as much information as possible.
